THE CREATION
A duo conceived by Gregoris Pyrpylis, creative director of Hermès Beauty, and designed by Pierre Hardy, creator of Hermès Beauty objects, to promote customized make-up gestures and the precise, hygienic application of complexion products.
THE OBJECT
To make the gold-colored brushed metal palette easy and intuitive to hold, the thumb recess is stamped with the Hermès Ex-Libris. The palette itself is made of durable, resilient stainless steel. The applicator has a lacquered wooden handle and a flexible tip that lets you pick up just the right amount of make-up and apply it precisely.
These tools are designed for everyday use and easy care. They should be washed with a cloth and a mild detergent before first use and after each subsequent use.
THE GESTURE
These two complexion tools create a three-step application process:
1 - Place the make-up on the palette.
2 - Mix with the applicator.
3 - To apply the make-up to the skin, use the applicator, the Le Perfecteur brush or the fingertips.
