The story behind
Based on the A l'Ombre des Boulevards scarf design
The Parisian Grands Boulevards area is perfect for a stroll; over time, it has become a major attraction in its own right. In the early 19th century, the numerous theaters gave rise to boulevard theater, while the grand cafés welcomed intellectuals, writers, poets… With delicate lines enhanced by bayadere stripes, Virginie Jamin blends the capital city of yesterday and today, where horse-drawn carriages and motor cars, elegant hats and young women in miniskirts, gentlemen and skateboarders rub shoulders as if time did not exist.
