Instructions for use and care of your r.m.s. suitcase

Reading carefully through these instructions will help you understand your suitcase better, enjoying it in its totality on your future travels. We recommend taking the following precautions to ensure your suitcase’s longevity.

Telescopic Handle

Thanks to an ingenious mechanism, adjust your R.M.S. handle height in a single step.

USING THE TELESCOPIC HANDLE

Position your suitcase vertically and press the upper side button to automatically release the handle from its compartment.
Next, twist the leather-covered central section towards the front as far as possible, and hold the position to set the desired height. Simply release the handle, and voila!

STORING THE TELESCOPIC HANDLE

Repeat the twisting mechanism to push the handle down for storage. 

The lock

Your R.M.S. suitcase features an ultra-flat TSA (Transportation Security Administration)-approved clasp, enabling U.S. customs authorities to inspect it without damaging it. Inserted on the side, near the zipper, it is secured by a personal code.
