THE CREATION
Reflecting Hermès' annual theme of drawing, the Autumn-Winter 2025 limited edition make-up collection for lips, eyes, and hands reinterprets two emblematic shapes: the circle and the square. A harmony of deep hues, enhanced by accents of light. The eyeshadow palette – designed by Gregoris Pyrpylis, Creative Director of Hermès Beauty – offers a quartet of colors, creating countless options for giving a natural, intense or sophisticated look to the eyes.
THE COLOR
Ombres Optiques combines the intensity of purple with the gleam of golden sunshine, highlighting a radiant peacock green and a gentle, bluish grey.
THE MATERIAL
The eyeshadows' soft and light texture can be easily blended using a finger or brush, allowing you to achieve your desired level of intensity. In each palette, the various finishes draw inspiration from the silk metier. The matte finish evokes the essence of silk chiffon, the satin finish mirrors the allure of silk twill, and the shimmering finish is reminiscent of silk lame.
THE FORMULATION
The eyeshadow palette is made with up to 96.8% ingredients of natural origin. It combines silky emollients and oils for easy, long-lasting application.
THE OBJECT
Pierre Hardy's design for the eyeshadow quartet plays with round and square geometric shapes. The case is protected by a canvas pouch and by the orange box, and is supplied with an applicator brush featuring a lacquered wood handle.
THE ETHICS
The eye shadow case is refilled by simply removing and replacing the powder pan. Refills are not available for limited edition colors, but you can refill the case with any other available color.
