The story behind
Available in a mini or maxi format, this colorful mushroom made by a saddle-leather artisan takes the form of a paperweight. Several types of leather have been used: taurillon, ostrich or crocodile depending on the materials available in the storage rooms of the petit h workshop. The leather on the underside of the hat – with its plush, irregular feel – mimics the velvety texture of mushroom spores, while the top and bottom use the smooth grain of the leather.
