The story behind
This surprising timepiece, with its sharp lines and bold geometry, is a mischievous nod to observers, showcasing its versatility through assertive design and an ability to make time stand still. Here, the seconds hand runs backwards, completing its cycle in 24 seconds and paying discreet tribute to Hermès' historical expertise. On demand, the hands freeze at 12 o'clock and thus suspend the passage of time. A further press sets them in motion again, as time changes pace, recedes, and reveals the moment.
